If you received your product from us with above issuse,please hold the product and all packaging.With your cooperation and photo of your package and item we will investigate.Offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you don't like your product and would like to ask for a refund, you have to send it back by yourself and afford the shipping fee,no other fee!
